• Return from customer
• Return from manufacturer
• Incomplete packaging
• Demomodel

The condition of the packaging is indicated as follows:

• New
• Lightly damaged
• Transport / Shipping box

The condition of the product can be indicated as:

• New (unopened)
• New (opened)
• Light Used (Righty Mine)
• Has scratches or minor damage

In the "Extra note" field, we try to mention additional information about the state of product.

Of course we also guarantee our outlet products just like with our new products.
In this the following options:

• 24 months
• 12 months

All outlet products are 100% tested and meet our high standards and requirements.

Outlet products can be returned within 14 days vision term. For questions or interest, pictures can also be requested if product has previously been opened.
